To ensure an accurate ROI analysis, Justt requires your chargeback data exactly as received from the PSP. The required data for a full analysis should be provided in a CSV file containing the following parameters:

How to get them?

Step 1: Sign in to your Cpanel account in Worldpay IQ

Step 2: Click on Disputes - the Dispute Manager opens in another tab, so the browser needs to allow for pop-ups


Step 3: The maximum number of days in the date range is 60 so in order to download 12 month you will need to filter 60 days at a time

Under Date: From-To on the right hand side, choose “Last 60 Days” and click on “APPLY”


Step 4: Click on Search- Change the number of rows that are displayed to 200 rows

  • Click Export
  • Displayed rows is the default selection - Click Export
  • Go to the next page and repeat Step 3
  • Repeat steps 3 and 4 until each page is downloaded


Step 5: Click on Edit Search and repeat step 4 for the relevant months
