Enriching Chargebacks data through Justt API

Overview

This chapter outlines the process of submitting enrichment data for chargebacks through the Justt APIs. Enrichment data is crucial for providing additional data related to your chargebacks, which do not exist on the PSP, and have a direct impact on your chargebacks win rates.

Enrichment data includes any supplementary information that can enhance the evidence we create on your behalf. This may include customer details, transaction history, or any other relevant information that can aid in the chargeback investigation and resolution.

How to pass on additional chargeback data to Justt

There are 2 high-level flows that we support, based on your preference:

1. Merchants use the Justt API to learn which chargebacks need to be enriched, and then they use the Justt API to enrich the relevant chargebacks. (our recommended approach)
2. Merchant is receiving chargeback data directly from the PSP, and is responsible for using the Justt API to enrich Chargebacks Data
