To enable Justt to process and manage your chargebacks, please integrate your PSP with Justt by following these steps.

The Flow:

1. Merchant follows the instructions below and create new user in the portal (please remember to use the designated email address shown in the integration tab)

2. Once the account is created → Justt will receive an activation email to the designated email address

3. Justt team completes the process and activates the account on behalf of the merchant.

How to create a new account?

Step 2: Click on Settings > Team —> Invite new User


Step 3: From the Role dropdown menu, select “ Risk_Actions”.

Step 4: Press the Save button and a confirmation appears confirming the submission of the request.
