These data points have a high impact on recovery rates in the ticketing industry
- Event schedule (Start Date, End Date, Reschedule Date - If the event/booking was rescheduled, this will contain the new date)
- Event Cancellation (Postponement Date - When were ticket holders notified that the event was cancelled/postponed, Postponement Reason - if the event was Cancelled/ Postpone, what was the reason for the cancellation/postponement)
- Tickets Information (Tickets Transferability - Can the ticket be transferred from one person to another, First Name, Last Name, Ticket number, The level of the protection/add-ons, The price of the protection/add-on, tickets resold - was the ticket resold?, ticket transferability - Can the ticket be transferred from one person to another?)
