How to get them?

Step 1: Sign in to your Chase portal

https://secure2.paymentech.com/cbis/home

Step 2: Click on Chargeback Imaging System - PROD

Step 3: Click on Advanced Search

Step 4: Click on Additional Search Criteria

Step 5: Filter the required dates (12 months back, but 1 month at a time) in Initiated Date field and click on Search.

NOTE: Record Count (bottom right corner) must be less than 10k. If equal or greater, divide the search range into smaller chunks of time (overlap the start and end dates).

Step 6: Click on Export and choose format

Step 7: Wait for the file to download and then rename it with the month of the initiated date.

That’s it! 👏

Please send the downloaded file to your Justt POC
