Chase Paymentech
To ensure an accurate ROI analysis, Justt requires your chargeback data exactly as received from the PSP. The required data for a full analysis should be provided in a CSV file containing the following parameters:

How to get them?
Step 1: Sign in to your Chase portal

Step 2: Click on Chargeback Imaging System - PROD

Step 3: Click on Advanced Search

Step 4: Click on Additional Search Criteria

Step 5: Filter the required dates (12 months back, but 1 month at a time) in Initiated Date field and click on Search.


NOTE: Record Count (bottom right corner) must be less than 10k. If equal or greater, divide the search range into smaller chunks of time (overlap the start and end dates).
Step 6: Click on Export and choose format


Step 7: Wait for the file to download and then rename it with the month of the initiated date.
