Get alerts by search criteria

https://api.justt.ai/v1/pre-chargeback-alerts/alerts

Returns a page of the pre-chargeback alerts raised for your account, newest first. Pre-chargeback alerts are early warnings that let you act before a chargeback is filed; report what you did about one with POST /pre-chargeback-alerts/alerts/outcome. The fields are the same ones the pre_chargeback_alert.received webhook sends.

Defaults to 10

The number of items to return between 10 to 100

page

Defaults to 1

The page to return. Pages count from 1, and 0 is accepted as another name for the first page, so a caller that counts from either gets the first page first and never skips one.

Alert creation start date, for date range filtering (ISO 8601 in UTC)

alertEndDate

Alert creation end date, for date range filtering (ISO 8601 in UTC)

Allowed:

provider

string

The name of the provider that generated the alert: Ethoca, Verifi RDR, Verifi CDRN or Paypal, case-insensitive. Verifi on its own matches both Verifi providers.

providerAlertId

A unique alert Identifier set by the provider

transactionId

The transaction ID associated with the alert

reference-account-id

Use this header to select a merchant within the API key's scope, which can be Entire account (All Merchants), Merchant group, or Specific merchant. It is required for the Merchant group scope, or for the Entire account scope when the account has more than one merchant. It is not needed for the Specific merchant scope, which is issued for a single merchant. (https://developers.justt.ai/docs/reference-accounts)
